  • What do I need to sign up ?
    Basic Company details - Name & Contact details Your work locations
  • What is the commitment to sign up ?
    There is no commitment or fee to register for the Nrolled platform. You only pay for the services when you use them.
  • How do I advertise a job ?
    Click on 'Create a new job' Select the address, date and time You can select any skills from our database Tell us how many workers you need with that skill set and the wages Once done, click on 'Create a new job broadcast,' and you are all set We will find the best fit for you based on the skills and the wages in the broadcast If you face any issues, please feel free to reach out to us at care@nrolled.com or our Toll-free number
  • How do I decide the wages ?
    You decide the hourly wages you wish to pay for each skill set. Please select the wages to match the skill of the worker
  • What is the cancellation policy ?
    If you cancel a job before 48 hrs of the start of the job, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 48 hrs of the start of the job, the wages are non-refundable. All wages are passed directly to freelancers as compensation to clear up their schedules
  • How do you assure the quality of the workers ?
    Our extensive recruitment process includes a resume review,interview and training to ensure the best and the brightest are selected. The workers also receive a bonus based on their performance rating, so they are well motivated to deliver quality. We continuously monitor the performance of the workers and promote their skill level based on delivery.
  • What do I need to sign up ?
    Basic Personal & Contact details Profile photo Your resume demonstrates your experience and skills. Proof of identity & eligibility to work in Canada (Passport, PR Card, Visa) Any other relevant certificates (e.g. Food Safe, Smart Serve, etc.)
  • How do I find jobs ?
    The days of finding and bidding for jobs are over. Based on your Skills, Availability and distance settings, we will shortlist jobs for you and send them via Push notifications. If you like the job, once you accept the job, you are in.
  • How will I get paid ?
    You will receive the payment in your wallet after the shift is completed. The wages will be transferred to your bank account via interac transfer by the end of the day. Please ensure you have set up the correct email id to receive payments and set up autopay deposit on your bank account. We do not provide T4/4A's, but you will get an annual report of all your work for ease of tax filing.
  • What is my commitment to Nrolled ?
    Nrolled provides on-demand jobs. You choose your own schedule and work location with no minimum requirements. Once you have accepted a job, we expect reliability and commitment from you. If you cancel the job at the last minute or do not show up without informing us, your account will be suspended.
  • What is the cancellation policy ?
    Reliability & commitment are the two key pillars for Nrolled, and we expect adherence to them from our staff. You will be rewarded for the quality of your work and reliability. If you cancel a job before 48 hrs of the start of the job, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 6 hrs to 48 hrs of the start of the job, a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 hour of your wage will be deducted. If you cancel in less than 6 hrs of the start of the job, a cancellation fee equivalent to 2 hours of your wage will be deducted. If you do not cancel and do not show up, your account will be suspended. Please reach out to care@nrolled.com or the Toll-free care number for issues.
  • How is my ratings calculated ?
    Your rating is the average of your client reviews. As your bonus and training points depend on your rating, please request that the clients provide you with good reviews.
